This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of  Sofia Flight Training’s website ‘e-learning.sofiaflighttraining.com’ (the Site), as a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the Site.

Information About Us
“e-learning.sofiaflighttraining.com’ is a website operated by Sofia Flight Training ("we" or “us”). We are a limited company registered in Bulgaria and have our registered office at Sofia Airport, 1 Brussels Blvd., 1540 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Accessing The Site
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason, including but not limited to the resolution of technical problems, routine maintenance or improvement, the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with us.
You must be registered using a valid personal email address that you access regularly. We reserve the right to close without notice accounts registered with someone else’s email address or with temporary email addresses.
You are responsible for any information you submit to the website and for ensuring that all information you supply is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive. Please refer to our Content Standards policy.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by us or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

Linking to The Site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The Bulgarian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. 
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Republic of Bulgaria.

• Promote any illegal activity.
• Be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
• Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
• Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
• Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
• Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

Suspension and Termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of the Site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use, upon which you are permitted to use the Site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

Sofia Flight Training is a registered Personal data controller under the Law for Protection of Personal Data of Republic of Bulgaria.
Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:

This includes personal information provided at the time of registering to use the Site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Site.
• If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
• We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
• Details of transactions you carry out through the Site and of the fulfilment of your orders.

IP addresses and cookies
We may collect information, including information collected through using Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics), about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Delivery Policy for E-Learning
Access to our e-learning courses has been designed to be near instant once we have received full cleared funds for the selected course(s). However very occasionally some minor delays may occur, in the rare instances please contact support@sofiaflightttraining.com for further assistance.
Cancellation Policy for E-Learning
Due to the nature of access to our services, in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you will not be able to cancel the contract once delivery of our services has begun.

Refund Policy for E-Learning
The refund policy states that a consumer has from the day of their purchase 14 days to cancel their course and be eligible for a refund providing they have not accessed / logged into their course. If you have questions about this refund policy before you purchase a product, you may contact us by e-mail at: support@sofiaflightttraining.com or by using the ‘contact us’ facility on this website.
If the cancellation is done by the consumer, 5% will be deducted as administration fee.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
If you paid with a debit or credit card, the amount is refunded to your card account.
Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
